So scroll on down and find out more about this female force.

The Bare Magazine: We were so happy to catch you on a quick trip to NYC! What did you enjoy most about the trip?

Brandi Rhodes: I just LOVE the city and I had not been back since becoming a mom. So it was lovely to see it as beautiful as ever, and now I can't wait to bring my daughter here to see it!

Bare: How long has it been since deciding to leave wrestling? Can you share how you have been feeling about the change/decision?

BR: It has been about a year. I feel very good about the decision. There was a lot about my position in the industry that took a lot of the joy out of it for me. Life is too short to be fighting so hard and still left feeling unfulfilled. Especially with everything that I have to offer still mentally and physically. I'd like to experience joy in my contributions at this point.

Bare: Describe the ups and downs of motherhood so far?

BR: The ups are never ending. Her smile, her laugh, her sense of humor. Our mommy/daughter days spent at Disney. The downs are that sometimes your only friend is this tiny human. Adult relationships can be tough to come by and maintain, and my little one just doesn't understand when mommy is mentally drained. But she still gives me hugs anyway.

Bare: We see you have 2 You Tube shows...please fill us in on both!

BR: Shot of Brandi is the OG! I started it in my kitchen filming myself and man did it grow and grow! It's currently on hiatus as we are working on it finding a home outside of YouTube. BUT, there might be a single episode popping up soon. Stay tuned!

Brandi on the Rocks is a fun project local to Atlanta focused on the bar lifestyle here. It's fun and if you want to learn how to make a KILLER craft cocktail, this is the one to check out! Both can be found on the Nightmare Family YouTube Channel.

Bare: Your husband recently returned to wrestling after being injured. Describe how that journey has been for him and the family?

BR: I'm very excited for my husband. He has put in so much work in his recovery and has been diligent in returning in his best form. I believe he is at the top of his game and fans will see and Appreciate that.

Bare: Do you two partner up on workouts sometimes?

BR: No but we have the same trainer! Should out to Brad Kolowich Jr and KoloFit in Atlanta GA!

Bare: Can you give us a hint on any future project involving your love of cooking? Or anything else on the horizon?

BR: As mentioned, Shot of Brandi is as much of a passion project as ever. Nothing has slowed down in the slightest, these things just take time. I'm also looking to share my unique and delicious recipes soon! Both food and drink!

Bare: We'd love some tips on how you keep your skin looking so radiant?

BR: Why thank you! I just moisturize and cleanse gently. And I use HIGH SPF sunscreen on my face and body always.

Bare: You seem so unaware of your striking beauty...but very aware of being kind. Could you share something about taking care/nurturing your inner beauty?

BR: Again, thank you! Life is a journey. In entertainment it's so easy to feel less than, and when you feel less then it's easy to take it out on someone else. EXCEPT ITS NOT! Everyone has a subconscious.  When you're unkind to someone your spidey senses go off. There's NO EXCUSE for being a dick. None. So no matter what your fortune is at the time, you should be kind and humane and not a dick. Period. People are not worthless, egos and attitudes are. I keep myself in check, and if I step out of line I'm human and I apologize. It's that simple!

Bare: Please list your 5 bare essentials...they can be anything.
